A.P. News Updates - YSR Congress Chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy remanded for 14 days judicial custody

                YSR Congress President Mr. YS. Jagan has taken under remand judicial custody for 14 days till June 11 by the CBI court in Hyderabad.
                 Mr. YS. Jagan Mohan Reddy, who was arrested on yesterday (i.e. Sunday) was produced before CBI court.  After the session the court decided to take him in to remand judicial custody and delivered orders.  He sent to Chanchalguda Central Jail for remand of 14 days.

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy Arrested by CBI

Y.S.R. Congress Party President and M.P. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy son of A.P. former Chief Minister Late Dr. Y.S. Rajashekara Reddy has arrested by CBI tuday (May 27^th 2012) by 7.20 PM.  The arrested was communicated by the CBI to YSR Congress leaders by 7.20 PM.  After three days questioning of CBI to Mr. Y.S. Jagan arrested by CBI unde rthe sections of 120B, 420, 477A sections in disproportionate assets case.  The leader, Jupudi Prabhakar Rao, MLC, told that their party chief was “unjustly” arrested by the CBI at Dilkusha Guest House on Sunday though he called for questioning.

Mr. Jagan have to spent scheduled to be appeared before CBI Court on tomarrow (28^th May 20112).  The Government of A.P. announced high alerts at sensitive places and given 144 section in some places.  Some YSR Congress Part Leaders are house arrested today morning itself.   The YSR Congress Part Leaders are condemned the issue.
